We’d like you to meet Yuki NAKAYAMA, a thought leader of PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD. & Future of work Cluster champion from the Venture Café Tokyo community.
As an ambassador of her company’s mission, she has been co-creating a program series of “future of work” titled 脱・働く (Unleash your work style) with Venture Café Tokyo.
Every session of the series has been well attended averaging almost 100 participants. Through the series, she successfully provided the opportunities for people to reflect on their work style and take action to transform themselves for adapting to the new era. Now, there is even an active community forming among those leaders who feel empathized with the theme!
