※現地参加の方の最終入場は8:30 pmとなります。

会場内でお荷物をお預かりすることはできかねます。
大きな荷物等をお持ちの方は、お持ちのままイベントにご参加いただくか、近隣のコインロッカー等のご利用をお願いしております。

When you arrive at the office lobby, please ask for one of our staff members wearing a T-shirt with the Venture Cafe logo on it.

During the event (4-9 pm in principle), you are free to enter and leave the venue.
Last entry for on-site participants is 8:30 pm.

Luggage cannot be checked in at the venue.
If you have large luggage, etc., we ask that you attend the event with it or use a coin locker or similar in the neighborhood.

Please note that if you plan to attend the event onsite, please register early via Peatix, as we may not be able to admit you due to the maximum capacity of the venue.

Three drink tickets will be given to attendees on site. Alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks can be redeemed at the bar counter in the venue.

Alcohol will not be served to those under 20 years of age or those arriving by car. We may ask you to confirm your age at the time of drink exchange.
