How to online check in

[3 STEPS TO JOIN EACH EVENTS]

①下部の ‘UPCOMING EVENTS’ から参加するイベントをクリックします。

②ページ下部の参加を希望するセッションにある「事前登録 | PRE-REGISTER」のボタンからチェックインしてください。

(メールアドレス等の登録が必要になります。)
チェックイン後は、自動的にランディングページにリダイレクトされます。

③ランディングページにて、希望するセッションに参加します。
各セッション開始10分前になりますと、「事前登録 | PRE-REGISTER」のボタンが「セッションに参加する。｜JOIN ONLINE」に切り替わりますのでそちらをクリックしてください。

※パスワード設定等でアクセスできない場合は、登録いただいているメールに視聴リンクが送られておりますのでご確認ください。
確認できない場合は、ログインするためにパスワードをご入力くださいをクリックいただき、ログインページをスクロールいただきパスワードをお忘れですかをクリックして再設定ください。
※またイベント参加前にZoomのバージョンを最新にしてご参加ください。

①Click on the event you wish to join from the ‘UPCOMING EVENTS’ section at the bottom.

②Scroll down to the desired session for participation and click the “PRE-REGISTER” button. Please enter your email address etc, then you will be redirected to the landing page.

③On the landing page, join the session you wish to participate in. 10 minutes before each session starts, the ” PRE-REGISTER” button will change to “JOIN ONLINE”. Please click on it.

*If you are unable to access the site due to password settings or other reasons, please check your registered e-mail for a link to view the site.
If you are unable to access, please click on “Please enter your password to login” and scroll down to the login page and click on “Forgot your password?
※Please make sure you have the latest version of Zoom before attending the session.
