Tenger has a consulting background with PwC prior to coming to Japan to pursue MBA degree at Hitotsubashi ICS University. After graduation, he moved back to Mongolia to oversee corporate venture capital arm of one of the leading business conglomerates. As of current, he is actively promoting development of startup ecosystem in Mongolia, seeking cooperation with reputable venture firms & funds globally.
