Takayuki Nakajima is the Country Manager for Deel. He spent about 15 years in sales and business development at foreign IT vendors such as Sun, Oracle and Symantec. After that, he was in charge of business development for US portfolio companies at the Japanese VC firm JAFCO, and has also worked as a country manager for several startups, including portfolio companies.  Most recently, he has been involved in supporting innovation between Japanese companies and Israeli startups through projects to promote Japan's fermentation culture. He was appointed country manager of Deel in August 2021.
