Worked as Assistant/lecturer at Kitasato University, Visiting lecturer of University of Guelph, Canada, and Associate Professor of Miyagi University. Specialized in Molecular Cooking Science. A representative for the Molecular Cooking Society (www.molcookingsoc. org). My research crosses food with “art × science × design × engineering.”
