Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada in 1968. Over 25 years experience working in the Asian Region including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and India. Paul’s professional track-record has been one of consistent and trailblazing achievements in the areas of business growth and development, turnaround and transformation, recruitment, strategic planning, talent management, innovation and entrepreneurial excellence. He joined Randstad Japan in September 2013. He led the Professionals Division as the Managing Director (MD), and became a Board of Director in July 2014. In April 2017, Paul transferred to Randstad India as COO, and became the MD and CEO from May same year. He led the transformation and acceleration of Randstad India’s growth to become one of the leading companies in the staffing industry in the country.  Paul is the Chairman and CEO of Randstad K.K. from July 2021. Paul is fluent in Japanese having lived in Japan for over 20 years. He is a volunteer with sustainable development organizations, a passionate ice hockey player and a Guinness World Record holder.
