Prof. Konstantin Korotov, PhD conducts research on leadership development, leadership coaching, careers, and executive education. He has authored, co-authored and co-edited seven books and multiple academic and practitioner articles, business cases, and book chapters on leadership development and executive coaching. He has won multiple awards for his case-studies, articles, and teaching excellence. Konstantin is a member of several editorial and advisory boards of management journals and academic institutions.
His executive education portfolio includes programs for, among others, Siemens, Bosch, Daimler, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, EY, Axel Springer, KPMG, McDonald’s, BAT, European Central Bank, Lufthansa, Symrise, Hereaus, European Parliament, Compass Group, Mahle, Brose, TÜV Nord, Pernod-Ricard, etc.
Konstantin consults companies worldwide on issues of leadership development, executive coaching, and mentoring. He is also a practicing leadership coach specializing in challenging leadership development cases. He has founded the ESMT Annual Coaching Colloquia where leading coaches from all over the world meet for discussion of difficult cases in leadership coaching.
Konstantin has previously held positions of Associate Dean of Executive Education and Director of the Center for Leadership Development Research at ESMT. He has also held a Director’s position at EY. He has taught in Executive Education programs at ESMT, INSEAD, Stockholm School of Economics, University College Dublin, Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, SEED Budapest, and Harvard Medical School.
