<y name is Khatanbold Bat-Erdene, but you can call me Bold. I was born on July 30, 1993. My early years were divided between Germany and Mongolia before I made Japan my permanent home.
Growing up, I was full of energy and curiosity. This was reflected in everything from forming a rap band during my middle school years in Mongolia, mastering the traditional Morin Khuur instrument, to getting involved in Judo wrestling.
At the age of 18, I moved to Japan for higher studies in Architecture and Construction Engineering. I obtained my undergraduate degree and later pursued a Master's degree at the prestigious Tokyo Institute of Technology. During this time, I also gained practical business experience by helping manage my family's construction company in Mongolia for about a year and a half.
University life was quite enriching for me. I won several speech contest awards and had four of my research papers published. As the head of the student association, I organized many successful events, including one that attracted 40,000 attendees. I also co-founded a non-profit organization to help small businesses establish themselves in the Japanese market.
Post-graduation, I was drawn to the dynamic field of IT and began my career as a consultant. I was fortunate to work with one of Japan's largest banks and later with a major automobile finance company. My commitment and efficiency led to a promotion as project lead, where I successfully tripled my team size.
Motivated by my entrepreneurial spirit, I established GerTech Inc., an IT company offering a variety of services, such as IT consulting, contract development, and proprietary in-house products. I am proud of the numerous projects we've delivered, and I am excited about what the future holds for us.
Away from work, I am fascinated by blockchain technology and have invested in various crypto-related projects. I also hold a PCSA certification for the Pega system, commonly used by financial institutions. In my downtime, I enjoy hanging out with friends, creating rap music, and designing applications.
Family is very important to me. I am blessed with a wonderful wife and an adorable three-year-old daughter. They are my world and my biggest supporters.
My journey has been filled with diverse experiences, continuous learning, and constant growth. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to continuing my quest for knowledge and success.
