Since 2013, Lemon has evolved as an enabling & self-sustaining ecosystem for creation, nurture and growth of entrepreneurial ventures through various initiatives propelling innovation, self-reliance and job creation for India. The 3 C’s of Lemon ecosystem includes Contest, Cohorts and Community. All three are powered by the magic of Co-creation. Lemon Ideas is a mentorship & acceleration incubator for ideas and start-ups. Lemon School of Entrepreneurship (LSE) is a disruptive place to address the skill building and entrepreneurship readiness challenge for creation of high impact socio-business ventures. Deepak has been instrumental in creating a highly popular and among top 3 competition platforms in the country for start-ups as “Innopreneurs”.  Led by Deepak, Lemon is encouraging entrepreneurs to be mindful for planet and people. The ‘S’ way of venture creation is driven by Spirituality and Sustainability for the better world. Through his work at Lemon, He has supported more than 5000+ entrepreneurs and worked closely with 150+ start-up ideas & ventures over the years. Deepak is making pioneering efforts in Alternative and un-conventional education models through his work at LEMON School of Entrepreneurship. He is visualising future education with no fear, stress and with freedom and experiential approach. He is part of global community (Ecoversities) of change makers in education from around 20 counties and is actively contributing from India. Deepak is co-leading the mission of re-imagining education through active volunteering at Indian Multiversities Alliance which has over 75 members across Indian sub-continent working in unconventional/innovative education pedagogy.  Deepak is keenly interested in transforming youth by inculcating Intrapreneurship, Innovation and Values. He himself is a proud PhD drop out. Deepak is a first generation entrepreneur and along with other likeminded people bootstrapped own resources for starting Lemon with a zeal to channelize enormous ideas and talent of youth towards entrepreneurship & innovation. He has done pioneering work in creating sustainable start-up ecosystem and designed powerful learning tools for entrepreneurship including 21 index idea validation framework, idea to reality 6E’s model and reflective learning through experiences. Before starting LEMON, Deepak co-founded Lambent Technologies (Now GlobalLogic) & ONE Foundation. GlobalLogic is today among the top product engineering companies in the world. His family of four has a wonderful wife who is a counsellor and two sons. He loves Music, Adventure & Driving.
