Aya's role is overseas business development, executed market research, strategic planning, and strategy execution. She started her career at one of Japan's largest internet platform companies, Recruit Co., Ltd., and after having experienced the establishment of several overseas sales offices in China, the US, and SEA since 2009. After that she had been involved in corporate investment (M&A, CVC)  as a corporate investor for a wide range of Internet platforms and SaaS businesses, including global and some domestic travel and healthcare businesses since 2015. She joined ACCELStars, in April 2022. She has received BA and MA degrees in International Politics from the University of Tokyo.
