Earned his degree at The University of Colorado at Boulder in Asian Studies, with a background in marketing and Japanese. Zan lived in Japan for three years as an English pronunciation teacher in one of the biggest English schools in Japan. During that time, he has taught over 1,000 students (children to adults and special needs learners).
