Alessandro is Future Food Japan Lead and Ecosystem Lead at Future Food Institute.  After 10 years of corporate experience as Senior Designer and Innovation Manager, he founded a start-up that has transformed the way we experience wine through immersive storytelling. Furthermore, he has taught at several universities among Politecnico di Milano.  He currently leads educational, innovation and community initiatives across FF Ecosystem to revolutionize the food ecosystem, in full respect of humanity and our planet.
