国内外における知的財産（特許、著作権、商標、営業秘密等）・IT（発信者情報開示請求、システム開発等）関連の訴訟・紛争案件を多数手がけている。また、知的財産・IT関連の法的問題、特に情報通信法、クラウドコンピューティング、情報セキュリティ、個人情報、プライバシー等に関する規制法対応、ライセンス契約のドラフティング、M&A取引等に関するアドバイスを提供している。 Hideaki Kuwahara has handled numerous kinds of litigation and disputes, both domestic and international, with his main focus being intellectual property and information technology law.  He also advises clients daily on general IP and IT-related matters, including those related to regulations (e.g., in the areas of telecommunications, cloud computing, and personal information and privacy), and drafting licensing agreements.
