1986年生まれ、愛媛県出身。2008年より信州大学農学部中村研究室にて新規機能性食品の研究に参画し、2013年に同大学博士課程修了後、同大学博士研究員を経て、2017年に食で実効的な健康を届ける信州大学発ベンチャー・（株）ウェルナスを設立、CEO就任。信州大学学術研究院農学系・中村浩蔵准教授との共同研究により、世界初となるナス由来コリンエステルを関与成分とするナスサプリを開発し販売を開始する。 2019年には、食の機能を個別最適化する「AI食」事業を始動。個人が設定した目標（健康・美容・運動機能・学力など）に関連する体重・血圧・筋肉量などの体データと、摂取した食事に含まれる栄養素データの解析により、自己実現目標達成のために必要な栄養素を特定し、最適化した個別栄養最適食「AI食」を提案するサービスおよび専用アプリ「NEWTRISH（2023年1月発売予定）」を提供することで、食によるwell-beingを目指す。 Participated in research on novel functional foods at Faculty of Agriculture, Shinshu University from 2008.
