地球環境・社会・人間性に適合した社会作りを目指す「リジェネレーション」の流れが活発化する中、ヨーロッパにおいては食を通じ様々な社会課題解決を目指すソーシャルイノベーションの取組みが進んでいます。

イタリア・ボローニャを本拠とする 公益団体、Future Food Instituteも世界各国でリジェネレーションを目指すリビングラボの企画運営を行なっています。

日本でも食を中心とした「東京・京橋リビングラボ」の取組みも行なうなど、食を中心としたソーシャルイノベーションに興味のある方々が参加出来るBoot Campなどを紹介します。
