This session will be a hands-on workshop, where with a very simple use case, we all face daily, we will navigate to the user’s journey in order to pinpoint and locate the biggest user pain points.

Everyone who is working on new idea, prototype or early-stage product, will learn a different approach and perspective of understanding user’s problems and prioritising the most important pain points.
