Please join us for a fresh and insightful discussion on how entrepreneurs, both past, present and future can embrace failure.
Failure is one of those topics, especially in Japanese culture, that is rarely ever brought up or discussed, especially in the business or startup scene. That’s why this session is important in highlighting this critical issue. Especially, from an entrepreneurial and business owner perspective. Some of the key topics we will explore include:
- What does failure for entrepreneurs look like
- Entrepreneurs that failed in the past
- Our inner critic and self-blame Identifying our negative voice
- Embracing Failure
- What does a new beginning look like?
In the session, we will also approach this issue from a positive psychological lens, and go through a coaching exercise about how to identify, work with and better manage our inner critic. At the end of the session, we will have some time for questions too.
