英ケンブリッジ大学イノベーション・戦略・組織理論の修士号、米シカゴ大学公共政策修士号を取得。MIT-VFJメンター。専門は起業家精神とイノベーション。
慶應SFC入学後にスタンフォード大でデザイン思考を学び、開発した関連教材はダウンロード累計17万部以上。起業失敗2回と自己破産1回を経て、アイリーニ・マネジメント・スクールを設立。開発プログラムは東京工業大学大学院の起業家人材育成コースで2018年から採用される。スクール自体も世界40カ国発行『Startup Guide』にて日本の代表教育機関として認定。
プロボノ活動では、南スーダン・ナルス地域の孤児41名と現地住民637名が抱える食糧不足の解決と教育機会へのアクセス向上のため、現地関係者に知識と資金を無償提供。
著書『スタンフォード式 超ノート術』SBクリエイティブは発売1ヶ月後にAmazonビジネス企画カテゴリーにて1位獲得。

Takanori Kashino is the dean of the Eirene Management School, specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation. He is also a mentor at MIT-VFJ.
After enrolling at Keio University SFC, he studied design thinking at the d.school at Stanford. He developed related educational materials that have been downloaded over 170,000 times. Following two entrepreneurial failures and one bankruptcy, he founded the Eirene Management School. Its programs have been adopted since 2018 by the Entrepreneurial Course at Tokyo Institute of Technology. Eirene itself has been recognized as Japan’s representative educational institution in the “Startup Guide,” issued in 40 countries worldwide.
In his pro bono activities, he provides knowledge and funding to local stakeholders to address food shortages and improve access to education for 41 orphans and 637 residents in Narus, South Sudan.
He holds the MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organization from the Cambridge Judge Business School, and the MA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
